Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TruWA ("the Platform"), operated by Digital Maven FZE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

TruWA is a WhatsApp-based CRM platform that enables businesses to manage leads, run broadcast campaigns, automate follow-ups, and track team performance through a connected WhatsApp Business number.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access

4. WhatsApp Compliance

You agree to use TruWA in compliance with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service at all times. Prohibited uses include:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages
  • Sending messages to users who have not opted in
  • Using the platform for illegal activities
  • Sending content that violates WhatsApp's content policies

We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of WhatsApp policies.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Contact Import Features

When using Google Contacts import, iCloud/vCard import, or WhatsApp contact import features, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and store the imported contact data, and that importing such data complies with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Subscription & Payment

Access to TruWA is provided on a subscription basis agreed upon at account creation. Subscriptions are billed as agreed. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TruWA is provided "as is". Digital Maven FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
